Thrive @Transition
Our relocation assistance services allows our clients and their families to focus on what matters most. We offer compassionate support for life transitions, helping clients organize and decide what to keep, donate, or pass on, while respecting the memories attached to each item. From organizing belongings to handling logistics such as donations drop offs. Please note at this time we do not offer moving services.
Founder- A registered nurse with over 10 years experience in seniors care. My mission is to reimagine non medical care services and how care is delivered focusing on professionalism, reliability, and personalization.
My goal is to ensure that clients have the support they need to age in place as long as possible.
Chief Financial Officer - A chartered professional accountant with over 20 years experience in finance and accounting. A shared belief in providing compassionate care services to an ever growing population.
Caregivers - Carefully selected caregivers that are both experienced and compassionate. The caregiver is matched based on your unique needs and interests. Our caregivers follow a personalized care-plan designed by our care coordinator. We are committed to supporting the next generation of healthcare professionals. Our Student Bursary Program provides some financial assistance to nursing students currently in school who work with us for a minimum of 6 months. Must be a current nursing student enrolled in an accredited program.
